hbajl Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hbajl platform and all its services. By accessing or using the hbajl website (https://hbajl.cam) or mobile application, you are considered to have given your legally binding consent to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and serve as a binding agreement between hbajl and the user. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

hbajl reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. It is the responsibility of users to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use gaming services on the hbajl platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must register knowingly and voluntarily.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

hbajl may request identity documents, proof of address or other documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the hbajl support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

hbajl will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any such request may be fraudulent.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The payment methods currently accepted on the hbajl platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Funds deposited must come only from your own payment account.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. hbajl reserves the right to suspend any transaction and conduct an investigation if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hbajl offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times.

• Withdrawals are not allowed before the wagering requirement is met.
• A minimum bet value for wagers placed with bonus funds may apply.
• If a bonus is claimed using multiple accounts or a VPN, that bonus will be voided.
• hbajl reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are applicable for personal entertainment gaming only.

Participating in promotional offers constitutes full acceptance of these bonus terms. In the event of any dispute, the decision of hbajl will be considered final.

6. Gaming Rules and Policy

All games operated on the hbajl platform follow fair play principles. The following rules apply when using gaming services:

• Game outcomes are determined entirely at random.
• If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, hbajl reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or errors in the game software will result in account closure.
• All game results are stored in server logs and will be used as final evidence in dispute resolution.
• hbajl will not be liable if a game or bet is affected by loss of internet connection.

Respectful behavior toward dealers and other players in live casino games is required. Accounts may be closed for rude or threatening behavior.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajl platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or hacking methods.
• Attempting to hack or gain access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulate the system.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Colluding or conspiring with other users.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in hbajl immediately closing the account, forfeiting any funds held, and taking legal action if necessary.
